I can say that I eat healthy 85% of the time, so that gives me the liberty to cheat sometimes. I don’t believe that being on a strict diet with no carbs, refined sugar, and fats are healthy. Your body will crash at some point and you will be miserable thinking and be savoring sugary treats and fried stuff. If I am traveling or going to places I think cheating on your diet is 100% worth it. We need to enjoy life and part of enjoying it is eating delicious and unique food. One of my favorite ways to cheat is with chocolate chip cookies. I consider myself kind of a cookie connoisseur and the BEST cookies ever are the ones that come in a bag from Betty Crocker. They take a little extra effort because you have to blend everything and bake, but they are totally worth the effort. My second favorite is the M&M ones from Society Bakery, and my third are the oatmeal and M&M cookie from Bird Bakery. If you can, go to these bakery’s and let me know if you liked them.
