#41 Making Protein Pancakes

Pancakes are always a good idea, but they don’t always have to be unhealthy. My favorite fitness guru, Sascha Fitness makes herself pancakes almost every day so I make myself pancakes every so often. I was feeling like pancakes last week and made some. Here is the recipe!

• 1 egg three egg whites.
• 1/3 c rolled oats.
• 1 scoop protein (i used @vega_team vanilla flavor).
• 1/2 a banana.
• 1/4 c almond milk.
• stevia, cinnamon.
• blend!

• cook on medium heat

Toppings: raspberry, a drizzle of peanut butter.
