#37 Crunchy Apple Pie Bowl

Who doesn’t love a warm crunchy apple pie? Unfortunately, these pies tend to have lots of sugar and fat, so I decided to make a healthy apple pie bowl. I took the inspiration from @lexyscleaneats (follow her on Instagram)
• 1 chopped red apple.🍎
• cinnamon.
• greek yogurt (if you are a vegan, use almond/coconut milk yogurt).
• granola.
• powdered peanut butter. •
• Instructions.
Cut the apple in cubes. Add coconut oil (or any plant oil) to a pan on medium-low heat. Place the apple on the hot pan and add about a teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Cook for about 8 minutes or until the apple starts to brown.
Place the cooked apple in a bowl or plate and add granola (I use a maple-almond protein granola), yogurt, and drizzle with peanut butter. (1 tsp of peanut butter powder and a tsp of water, mix together).
