#30 Mixing things that wouldn’t usually go together

As usual, food trends are constantly changing but there seems to be a recent hype for a healthy and fit lifestyle. I am the perfect example of someone who joined this movement with my Instagram account and fit lifestyle. These trends bring some food combinations we wouldn’t usually think about. In the past, it was all about eating french fries with ice cream, now it’s about eating sweet potato with yogurt and peanut butter. Many food gurus have been posting about this combination, so I decided to try it for myself. I cut the potatoes into wedges and added some coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt. Popped the wedges in the over at 400 for 25 mins (broil for the last 3 mins to make them crispy). Added vanilla greek yogurt, a drizzle of peanut butter and strawberries and raspberries. Let me tell you, this was one of the yummiest plates I’ve made for myself, the combinations of sweet and salty was amazing. Overall: approved and I recommend everyone to make their own.
