I’ve made it a goal of mine to eat more fish this year. I always cook salmon and shrimp, but today I wanted to change things up a little. At Kroger, I found a deal on Mahi Mahi and bought two fillets.

Grilled Mahi Mahi and broccolini.
•Ingredients
- Mahi Mahi Fillet
- 1/4 red onion
- Broccolini
- Half and Avocado
- Lemon
• Procedure
- season the mahi mahi and the broccolini with lemon
, salt and pepper. - put some olive oil in a large pan and turn the stove on to medium-high.
- place the mahi mahi on one side and the broccolini and onion on the other. I like mine well done, so it took about 4 mins. on each side.
