#2 I’m Sick

I haven’t been sick in a long time, probably because I make sure I eat a lot of vitamins and goods things for my body. Yet, SMU student viruses are stronger that my antibodies. Being in this sick situation, I decided to cook myself some “immune boosting”. Last night was my first time making a soup from scratch. It’s a process, let me tell you, because I boiled the chicken thighs in order to make shredded chicken. Afterwards, add all the ingredients including tomato, ginger, celery, red onion, rice, parsley, carrot, lemon, garlic, and chicken stock. Thankfully, my soup turned out tasting amazing smelling delicious, plus there was a lot leftover, so I will be eating it the next couple days. I also did some research, and found out how ginger, honey, and lemon are natural “medicine” for colds. 16652054_10154833752186211_4039729_n
